“This tart, colorful beer combines a bright, lemony acidity with peach, blueberry, salt and coriander. Jammy blueberry along with rich peach, give the beer a smooth juiciness. A touch of floral coriander tickles the nose while pink himalayan salt adds a refreshing salinity to the finish to balance the acid. We used a genetically modified yeast from Berkeley Yeast that introduces a bright, clean acidity.
