“Brewed in collaboration with Original Pattern, we used all Admiral Pilsner, with Admiral Oats and Chit Malt. London 3 fermented, and dry hopped with Andy’s Simcoe Cryo and his Nelson (thanks Andy!), and some Riwaka to round out this crusher. Some of the fruitiest Simcoe I’ve ever smelled! Very low bitterness, bright tropical aromas, and balanced drinkability.”
