100% Chardonnay from young vines.  Brut nature with a minimum 18 months on the lees before disgorgement. 

Natives of the Jura, but from farming rather than winemaking backgrounds, Géraud and Pauline Fromont began this Domaine when they were in their mid-20s, and are ambitious, talented young winemakers. They share all vineyard, cellar, and sales duties. These wines are pure expressions of the region. I can't say we've ever had a bad wine and trust we've had the pleasure and privilege of drinking many different cuvees
