Matsuse Matsunotsukasa Cuvee Angel's Wing, ‘Pet Nat’ Sparkling Sake (720ml)

With a light effervescence which was acheived by adding young moromi (fermented mash) that was roughly pressed into the clear sake just before bottling, much like a Vin Petillant method. Use extreme caution when opening and keep very cold!
