Martin's Handmade Pretzels 'Salted'

One of the last bakeries in the country (Moira, NY) making handmade hearth baked pretzels Using the same techniques since they started in 1935, theyve been twisting each delicious, sourdough pretzel sourcing ingredients from small farms in the Northeast. 

A simple—and secret—sourdough recipe of flour, water, yeast, and salt. They are hand-rolled and hand-twisted each and every pretzel.
