| Wild, barrel fermented single varietal cider made from Kingston Black apples grown at Wombat Flats Orchard in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The Kingston Black represents the ideal cider apple. It has everything you need to make a well rounded, complex and flavorful cider with the perfect balance of acid, tannin, and aromatics. The apples were pressed during the harvest season. Fermented fully dry in neutral red wine barrels with native yeasts and bottle conditioned. | ABV: 8.6% |
