Lassen Cider, Elderberry Cyser (500ml)

"A cyser is a combination of a mead and cider. In this case, we added elderberries that were wildcrafted from around Chico, giving it a beautiful ruby red color. The blend of apples used include Granny Smith from the Irvine Orchard in Gridley and Rhode Island Greenings from Greenwood Gold Orchard on the Mendocino coast. The honey is local wildflower honey from Chico Honey Co. The fruit was pressed during the harvest season."
