2021 I Cangianti 'Verver' Bianco
“Uca and Matias (2 brothers) started I Cangianti in 2019 after several years of working with wine in various capacities (production, tasting, marketing) combined with strong bonds to family and nature as well as a commitment to making natural wines. The vineyards are in the Montepulciano region of Tuscany while the cellar is nearby in Umbria at a friends (a true DIY outfit). They work in harmony with one another as well as nature with the goal of having this expressed in the bottle.
a serious orange that is complex but not funky, wet river stones, lime blossom, herbal, botanical, has real grip on the palate, lingering dry finish. has a ton of sediment, be careful pouring out that last glass.
