100% Glera (Prosecco) Costadilà ("the hillside over there") They practice polyculture on the farm. They have grapevines, fruits & vegetables, and livestock. This sparkling wine is grown at 450 meters above sea level (hence the name "450slm") and made in the Col Fondo style. No fining, filtration or sulfur additions.
