2021 Ashanta 'Resist' Rosado

65% Syrah (Lombardi Vineyard, Sonoma Valley), 35% Carignan (Testa Vineyard, Mendocino)

Hand sorted grapes were whole clustered foot-stomped. Syrah was direct to press and Carignan cold soaked for 6 hours then basket pressed into a stainless steel tank with the Syrah. Co-fermented for 21 days in stainless with a small amount of pressed skins. Racked to neutral oak and aged on Sonoma Coast ocean stones for 6 months.
No additions or subtractions. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2.
