2020 Laurent Saillard 'Blank' Sauvignon Blanc

Laurent’s top cuvée. These Sauvignon Blanc vines were planted in 1973 at Clos Roche Blanche. The grapes are direct pressed into 400L barrels for a slightly extended élevage. Sadly, in 2021, he didn’t harvest enough to make this cuvée so this will be the last vintage for a bit.
