2020 Clos du Tue-Boeuf 'Qvevri' Sauvignon Blanc
Thierry Puzelat was amongst the first vignerons in France to befriend Georgian winemakers. His first visit there was so inspiring that he instantly had two of their famous Quveri anforas shipped to his home.
Fermented whole-cluster in a large Georgian amphora (Quveri), which are buried underground. The Quevri is sealed for eight months with beeswax with zero intervention.
