2018 Clos Lentiscus Tradicional Rose Brut Nature
This natural, biodynamically farmed reserve cava is equal parts coplanted and corfermented Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Carignan, with a splash of Sumoll for freshness, from in the mountainous vineyards of the Mazio del Garraf. The base wine was native fermented in old oak with limited skin contact, before heading to second fermentation in bottle (kicked off by the fermenting 2018 vintage) and 20 months on lees. It was disgorged with zero dosage.
