2017 Domaine Belluard 'Les Perles du Mont Blanc' Sparkling
Belluard is a 10 acres (Biodynamic since 2001) estate located in Ayse, a commune in Savoie, France. The family has been making wine since 1947. Dominique Belluard had worked these intensely steep and difficult vines from 1988 until his death in June 2021. Les Perles Mont Blanc is made in Methode Champenois from the local grape variety called Gringet. Never heard of it? Here's why. Domaine Belluard has about half of the Gringet planted in the world.
