2021 Cacique Maravilla Pipeño Pais (1L)

Dry farmed and organically grown 100% Pais (Some parts of the vineyard are 250 years old!) Manually destemmed using the zaranda (traditional bamboo screen) and fermented in open top barrels. The free run juice is then transferred into used barrels
