2022 Jerome Lambert 'Coule de Source' Chenin Blanc

Chenin Blanc from three small parcels of old vines. The grapes are pressed directly straight to wood tanks, where the wine remained for ten months.

Jérôme Lambert farms four and half hectares spread across small parcels in Thouarcé, Faye d’Anjou, Rablay-sur-Layon and Champ-sur-Layon around Anjou in the Loire Valley. He has worked organically from the outset and has been making wine without any additions for several decades.
