This is part of Meinklangs 'Daytime Series'. The Daytime Series began three years ago, with each cuvee named after a different time of day to evoke a particular mood, ambiance, and feeling associated withthat period of the Earth's rotation. Niklas describes the project as expressive and progressive.The series focuses on highlighting the most outstanding parcels and more experimental winemaking techniques, but the aging in concrete eggs and the time of day they represent will always be the same.
