2021 Pinard et Filles 'Verre de Gris' Rose

Blending of certain Frontenac Gris vats, with different maceration times, ranging from 24 hours to a few days. Soft pressing, natural fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel vats. Bottling without fining or filtration. No sulfur added. A table rosé, this vintage is a more sustained and structured wine.
