2020 Panevino 'Bukanti' Vino Rosato Frizzante
Cannonau & Sangiovese from 20 year old vines in Sardinia.
"Bukanti" is the first petillant naturel Gianmarco has made in close to a decade. In fact he is one of the very first to make this style of wine in Italy. After one day of maceration, the grapes were pressed and partially fermented. The wine was then bottled with 20 grams of residual sugar and topped witha crown cap to naturally referment in bottle.
