2021 De Mena 'Wabi Sabi' Cinsault
This is 100% Cinsault from 40-60-year-old organic vines grown on north-facing slopes of stony clays in the small town of Paziols. The grapes were harvested by hand with small crates, then underwent whole bunch maceration for six days before maturation for eight months in stainless steel tanks. On the nose you'll find spice, blueberries and blackberries, with good length, balance and a slight tartness on the palate.
