2020 Jean Foillard Beaujolais-Villages

Jean Foillard took over his father's domaine in 1980 and is a pioneer of natural wine in Beaujolais.  All vines are organic, hand-harvested, and unfiltered with no sulphur addition during vinification. The Beaujolais-Villages is made from 20 to 55 year old vines grown in granite soil with a traditional 100% whole cluster fermentation.
