2020 Noëlla Morantin 'Tango Atlantico' Rouge
60% Cabernet Franc, 40% Côt from 30 yr old organic vines. The grapes are vinified separately. Both are destemmed. The Côt fermented an aged in wooden vat while the Cot is aged in steel. It receives 15mg per liter of sulfur just before bottling.
