Jester King Serrata (375ml)

Jester King's collaboration with Gigantic Brewery. A Barrel-aged wild beer with Japanese Red Shiso. Started in March of 2021, they brewed well water, Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, Amarillo hops, and Red Shiso. After primary fermentation in stainless steel with our mixed culture, they barrel-aged the beer in neutral oak for about a year. They then blended and naturally conditioned through re-fermentation in the bottle.
