2018 Adeline Houillon & Renaud Bruyere 'La Croix Rouge' Arbois Chardonnay

Renaud Bryuyère and Adeline Houillon take care of only 4.5 hectares of low-yielding vines, in the Jura working Biodynamically. Their production is tiny. This wine has been aged in a stainless steel tank rather than the old oak barrels they usually use. This wine is topped up often to  ensure that there is only minimal contact with oxygen to preserve the freshness of the wine. No additions no fining or filtration.
